About Arlington Impact
Arlington Impact was created in 2017 by Coach Doug Kaufman to provide the support for Players looking to play at the Collegiate Level. Impact is the Showcase Travel Program affiliated with Arlington Girls Softball (AGSA)
Mission
Our Mission is to provide the players with the skills, development and confidence to play at the Collegiate Level. We strongly believe in also creating a fun, positive environment and a great team experience and winning at the highest level!
Founding
Impact was founded in 2017 by Coach Doug Kaufman to provide the skill development and infrastructure to allow young women of pursuing their dream to play College Softball. Coach Kaufman has coached Travel for 20 Years and developed 2 separate teams from 9UC teams into Nationally Ranked 18UA Teams. He Strongly believes in cultivating a love and passion for softball, and the great friendships and life lessons that Travel Softball brings us.
Why Impact?
Too often the travel experience can be rough with Regional Teams, No local practices, & large rosters. We heard from Players and Parent that really wanted a great experience as well as the College Prep. The College Journey can be difficult and you should enjoy the ride! We also believe in finding the RIGHT college fit for you - socially, academically and athletically!
