Coach Nikki White is bringing over her highly Successful Sage team to Arlington Impact! After a strong season at Sage, their players are ready to commit to the hard work and development to take their team to the next level and prepare to play in College!

Impact National 18U - Coach Doug Kaufman (Grad Years 2027-30)
Impact returns a very strong core from a successful 2024-2025 Season. The Team has professional coaching, great chemistry, no drama, and local practices. Coach Kaufman has 20 years of travel experience as is know for an unparalleled softball experience with great development, excellent team chemistry, winning at a National level and top recruiting support & placement. The Team went 5-1 at Pennsbury and finished 2nd at the Legendary Showcase!

We are looking to form a very strong 18U team for 2025-26 and will have several spots open for consideration.

Coach Melanie Frank, Head Coach at West Potomac HS will lead the squad. Coach Mel has strong experience as a Travel, College player and HS Coach. She led West Potomac to the District Championship in 2024!

This teams combines our strong core of rising 16U Impact - Keefe Players with returning players from 18U Impact Gold!
We are looking for several dedicated athletes who are looking for:
