Impact National 2022/23 Kaufman (18U)
After a very strong year at 16U with wins at 5 tournaments - including 2 18UA Gold Brackets and the Team NJ Showcase, we will be moving up to 18U full time.
Our team is characterized by great coaching, excellent team chemistry, strong team play, continuous development both as players and as confident, mature young women. We have no drama, very low turnover, and our players keep improving and maintain a passion for the game.
We are seeking 1-2 players, who are strong athletes but also good students, great teammates, passionate about softball and can be a part of our family for several years.
We will play a strong schedule including USA/USSSA/NSA/PGF & selected Showcases targeted specifically towards the College interests of our players.
Due to our low turnover and desire for the right fit, we will be doing Private Tryouts only.

14U Impact Keefe (07)
We are transitioning from Arlington SAGE 12U (2007) to Arlington Impact 14U (2006-07) this coming Fall Season and are looking to build a strong A level team. We will initially compete at the 14U B level, however, we will move up to 14U A/Open when we are ready to compete at the next level. The coaches will push the players to be the best that they can be, and will also be the first ones to congratulate them on accomplishments realized both on and off of the playing field. In our eyes, team cohesion and unity is very important to the development and success of this team. Moving forward, this team will continue to work on athletic components such as speed and agility training, while also focusing on the mental aspect of the game. Coaches will work diligently to ensure that the players on this team know the game of softball inside and out. Knowing what to do in almost every possible situation will ensure that, when confronted with a situation on the field, each player will know how to quickly read and react. It is expected, in addition to team practices during certain days of the week, that players will also work out on their own to become ball players that can have success at the higher levels of competitive softball. Players should come ready to work hard and to put the extra time in. If they are willing to do that, then the rewards of success will be realized.
We are looking for a few key 2006 or 2007 players that are interested in competing at a high level of softball and who we can integrate within our solid core of existing, motivated players.
Private tryouts only (between July 25th and August 2nd). Please reach out to Coach Pat at CoachPat@arlingtonimpact.org to arrange for a tryout.
