Impact 18U Gold (2024-25)
We are looking to form a very strong 18U team for 2024-25 and will have several spots open for consideration.
Coach Melanie Frank, Head Coach at West Potomac HS will lead the squad. Coach Mel has strong experience as a Travel, College player and HS Coach. She led West Potomac to the District Championship in 2024!
This teams combines our strong core of rising 16U Impact - Keefe Players with returning players from 18U Impact Gold!
We are looking for several dedicated athletes who are looking for:

Impact 16U National - Coach Doug Kaufman (Grad Years 2027 & 2028)
The core of Arlington Sage 14U A - White will be moving to Impact 16U National team for 2024-25. Under Coach Josh White, Sage 14U went 29-14 and won multiple championships in 2023-24. Impact 16U National will play a strong "A" level schedule with several National Showcase tournaments and strong recruiting.
Coach Kaufman has 20 years of travel experience as is know for an unparalleled softball experience with great development, excellent team chemistry, winning at a National level and top recruiting support & placement.
